Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and document resident progress, tailoring care plans accordingly.
- Implement physician orders effectively, ensuring resident well-being.
- Offer empathetic support to residents and their families, upholding professionalism.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring top-quality care.
- Maintain meticulous records of care services, adhering to accountability standards.
- Adhere to strict infection-control protocols, protecting all within our facilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs comprehensively.
- Champion our care philosophies, guaranteeing personalized and dignified attention for each resident.
Requirements:
- Valid New York State RN License
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in Skilled Nursing
- Mandatory: Current CPR/BLS certification
- Demonstrated excellence in technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong independent decision-making capabilities
- Availability for a minimum of three days a week to ensure continuity of care
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check
- Compliance with State and Federal employment regulations in a Nursing Facility
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
