Position Highlights:

Location - On-site in Far Rockaway, NY (Queens)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and document resident progress, tailoring care plans accordingly.
Implement physician orders effectively, ensuring resident well-being.
Offer empathetic support to residents and their families, upholding professionalism.
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring top-quality care.
Maintain meticulous records of care services, adhering to accountability standards.
Adhere to strict infection-control protocols, protecting all within our facilities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs comprehensively.
Champion our care philosophies, guaranteeing personalized and dignified attention for each resident.

Requirements:

Valid New York State RN License
Preferred: At least one year of experience in Skilled Nursing
Mandatory: Current CPR/BLS certification
Demonstrated excellence in technical, assessment, and documentation skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong independent decision-making capabilities
Availability for a minimum of three days a week to ensure continuity of care
Successful completion of drug screening and background check
Compliance with State and Federal employment regulations in a Nursing Facility
Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
